Major: Exercise Science

For Laila Lambert, her favorite thing about Union is the opportunity it provides—whether it's through academics, athletics, or personal growth, she values how Union helps students gain real-world exposure and experience.

Her dream is to become an athletic trainer, helping athletes perform at their highest level through injury care and prevention. In high school, her favorite subject was science, which laid the foundation for her passion in the field.

Off the field, Laila enjoys hanging out with friends, sipping on any type of energy drink, and snacking on flavor-blasted Goldfish during road trips. Her go-to meal is a chicken Caesar salad wrap, and she prefers Snapchat as her favorite social media platform.

Laila looks up to bowling icon Kyle Troup, and when she’s not focused on athletics, she’s spending time with her puppy. She sees herself as someone who’s always ready to help people—even when others think it can’t be done. Her second-best sport is softball.
