Major: Elementary Education

For Brylie Gold, Union's beautiful scenery—even on rainy days—is one of her favorite things about campus. With a heart for others, Brylie is pursuing a dream of becoming a teacher, inspired by the impact her own teachers had on her life. She hopes to be that positive influence for someone else.

Her high school favorites were musical theater and environmental science, and when she’s not studying, she enjoys reading and watching movies. Her bowling icon is Danielle McEwan, and she loves snacking on Sweet Tart Ropes and Cheeto Puffs with a Coke Zero or Dr Pepper on long road trips. Her favorite meal is Fettuccine Alfredo, and her go-to social media app is Instagram.

At home, she has a dog named Mazie and a cat. As a teammate, Brylie sees herself as someone who is always ready to listen, give advice, and lift spirits—she thrives on keeping team morale high and motivated.

She wants to be remembered for her character and personality, and her second-best sport is soccer.
