Major: Media Communications

Nicholas Blann feels at home at Union Commonwealth University, where the people have become a second family to him. That sense of belonging fuels his experience on campus and within the track and field program.

Outside of his sport, Nicholas enjoys graphic design, a passion that aligns with his dream of becoming a professional graphic designer. English was his favorite subject in high school, a class that strengthened his love for expression and creative storytelling.

His favorite road trip snack is caramel candies, and he enjoys a Sprite as his go-to drink. Lamb chops top his list of favorite meals, and he stays connected through Instagram.

Nicholas sees himself as a good, kind teammate and hopes to be remembered for his jumping. Coach P has made a meaningful impact on his time at Union, and when he’s not on the track, basketball is his second-best sport.
