Major: Business
Minor: Management
Jaiden Dowdell is a Business major with a minor in Management who says his favorite thing about Union is the atmosphere—it feels like another home to him. That sense of belonging has made a big difference in his college experience.
His favorite subject in high school was math, and his dream is to continue playing the sport he loves: football. Jaiden says the journey took a lot of sacrifice, and he’s proud of how far he’s come. Off the field, one of his favorite hobbies is cooking.
His football icon is Cam Newton, known for his confidence and game-changing ability. Jaiden’s favorite drink is blue Powerade, and his go-to road trip snack is Lifesavers. His top meal? Chicken with mashed potatoes and corn. He’s most active on TikTok and has a pet turtle.
As a teammate, Jaiden considers himself a stand-up guy who wants everyone to win and succeed. He hopes to be remembered for his humility and his ability to handle business—on and off the field. His nickname is “Budda,” and his second-best sport is baseball.
