Major: Exercise Science

Haley Sizemore is an Exercise Science major who’s passionate about helping others overcome injuries—something she’s experienced firsthand. Her dream is to become a physical therapist so she can be “the person that gives reassurance” to athletes going through recovery.

Her favorite thing about Union is the people—a community that’s made her college experience feel like home. Off the field, Haley loves fishing, and her favorite meal is rice and cheese, with chips as her favorite road trip snack and Mountain Dew as her drink of choice.

Haley was most inspired by Ryan Cummings in the cheer world, and she enjoys spending time on Snapchat. Her favorite subject in high school was English, and her second-best sport is softball.

As a teammate, Haley sees herself as a leader in her own way, always bringing a positive attitude and showing up no matter what. She hopes to be remembered for that unwavering spirit. Fun fact: both of Haley’s cheer coaches are also proud Union alumni.
