The 2007-08 Lady Bulldogs - 25-9
The 2011-12 Lady Bulldogs - 25-8
The 2013-14 Bulldogs - 24-9
After narrowly missing out on a bid to the NAIA Division II National Tournament at the end of the 2012-13 season, the Bulldogs returned to Sioux City in 2014 after capturing their fifth Appalachian Athletic Conference Tournament Championship under head coach Tim Curry. After finishing the regular season with a 21-8 overall mark, Union entered the AAC Tournament as the No. 2 seed, and blitzed past Virginia Intemont (86-75) and Bryan (63-45) to set up a Championship Game tilt with No. 4 seed Milligan. In the title game, the Bulldogs never trailed, on their way to a hard fought 72-67 victory, making amends for a loss in the AAC Tournament Title Game in 2013. In the programs fifth appearance at the NAIA National Tourament under Curry, the Bulldogs dropped a tough 79-64 decision to No. 7 Hastings (Neb.).
The 2019-20 Bulldogs - 26-7
The Bulldogs ended a six-year postseason drought and set a single-season record for wins under the guidance of first-year coach Dean Walsh. Home court was particularly kind to Union, which went 13-1 at Robsion Arena. Neutral courts proved friendly as well, as the Bulldogs survived a pair of six-point wins against Point (54-48) and No. 22 Reinhardt (81-75) before riding 24 points from LeAsia Linton and 17 rebounds from Brooke Hammonds to a 60-46 win over Milligan in the AAC Tournament championship game. Hammonds then put together a 24-point, 11-rebound double-double in the national opening round against seventh-ranked Taylor, as Union forced overtime and even had a chance to tie or win the game on the final possession, but couldn't get the needed basket in a heartbreaking 68-66 loss.
