*-The Mid-South Conference was split into two divisions (East and West) and had two All-Conference Teams. From 2005-09, Union was in the MSC East. Union moved to the MSC West for the 2010 and 2011 seasons. In 2012, Union returned to the MSC East. In 2017, the MSC increased to three divisions with Union being placed in the Appalachian.
