Baymont Inn Player of the Game: Emily Shumaker

BARBOURVILLE, Ky. – The Union Commonwealth University women's volleyball team, in partnership with Baymont Inn, named senior outside hitter Emily Shumaker the Player of the Game following Tuesday's game against Johnson.

Shumaker recorded 17 kills and totaled 18 points in Union's match against Johnson. While the Bulldogs came up short, she proved to be a key weapon in their offense.

Union Commonwealth and its athletic department thank Baymont Inn for sponsoring the Player of the Game recognition and for its continued support of Bulldog student-athletes.
