UCU’s Raquel Kessler named AAC Attacker of the Week

Barbourville, Ky. – Union Commonwealth University's Raquel Kessler has been named the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Women's Volleyball Attacker of the Week.

Kessler recorded 36 kills, 31 digs, and eight total blocks through two games last week. She averaged 4.50 kills per set on the week.

The Jackson Center, Ohio, native was a First-Team All-AAC selection in 2022 and 2023. Kessler was twice named the AAC's WVB Attacker of the Week last season as those honors occurred on back-to-back weeks.
