BARBOURVILLE, Ky. - Union Commonwealth University's women's soccer team (3-14-0, 3-10-0 AAC) fell to Brenau (8-7-1, 6-6-2 AAC) Saturday at Williamson Stadium 2-1.

First Half: Union Commonwealth 1, Brenau 1
Brenau struck first in the ninth minute when Madison Kitson netted her fifth goal of the season.
Union Commonwealth answered soon after as Olivia Bartlett converted a penalty kick, finding the top right corner of the goal. Bartlett now leads the Bulldogs with six goals this season.
The Bulldogs outshot the Tigers 4-3 in the first half.
Second Half: Union Commonwealth 1, Brenau 2
In the 55th minute, Brenau's Abigail Menjivar scored the deciding goal off an assist from Haley Wilton.
Despite a strong effort, the Bulldogs were unable to mount a comeback. Union recorded 11 shots, including nine on goal.
Lily Huckerby, Noemie Jerinic, Kimel Robertson, and Lupita Jimenez each tallied two shots, while Bartlett, Charlotte Jensen, and Beth Craig added one apiece.
Goalkeeper Chiara Lisanti finished the match with four saves.
