Major: General Studies

Sebastian Simancas Diaz Granados is majoring in general studies while pursuing his dream of becoming a professional soccer player. He enjoys Union's campus and looks forward to continuing his academic and athletic journey in a welcoming environment. Simancas Diaz Granados is committed to working hard each day as he chases his goal of playing soccer at the professional level.

Outside of soccer, Simancas Diaz Granados enjoys playing video games and spending quality time with his family. Social studies was his favorite subject in high school, and his favorite soccer player is Neymar, whose creativity, flair, and skill on the ball have inspired him throughout his career. Hamburgers are his favorite meal, while water is his drink of choice. On road trips, he's most likely reaching for fruit or popcorn, and Instagram is his favorite social media platform.

Simancas Diaz Granados describes himself as a tolerant and friendly teammate who enjoys creating a positive atmosphere for those around him. He hopes to be remembered as a good person who treated others with kindness and respect. He has three cats, and if he weren't playing soccer, he says he would enjoy competing in padel or golf.
