Nicolas Amezquita is majoring in exercise science with a minor in human performance while pursuing his dream of becoming a professional soccer player. Alongside his athletic aspirations, he also hopes to become a physiotherapist because of his interest in helping others recover from injuries and improve their physical well-being. He is passionate about both sports and healthcare and looks forward to combining those interests throughout his career.

Outside of soccer, Amezquita enjoys playing video games and watching videos in his free time. English was his favorite subject in high school, and while Kobe Bryant is best known for basketball, Amezquita admires his relentless work ethic, competitive mindset, and commitment to excellence. Beef is his favorite meal, while Gatorade is his drink of choice. On road trips, he's most likely reaching for alfajores or chips, and Instagram is his favorite social media platform.

Amezquita describes himself as a supportive teammate who always gives his all in training and matches while encouraging those around him. He hopes to be remembered for his kindness and the positive impact he has on others. One interesting fact about him is that he is from Colombia. As he continues his journey at Union, Amezquita looks forward to growing both as a student and as a soccer player.
