Bulldogs Launch Championship Team Shop Following Historic 2025 Season

BARBOURVILLE, Ky. — Following a historic 2025 season, the Union Commonwealth University men's soccer team has opened its official team championship shop as part of a limited-time fundraising effort.

Fans, alumni and supporters can purchase exclusive championship apparel and gear through the online store, which will remain open until April 20.

The shop celebrates one of the most successful seasons in program history, as the Bulldogs posted a 14-3-4 overall record and went unbeaten in Appalachian Athletic Conference play for the second consecutive year at 9-0-3. Union claimed both the AAC regular-season and tournament championships, marking the first time since 2016 the program secured both titles in the same season.

The 2025 campaign was highlighted by a dominant defensive performance that ranked among the best in the nation. The Bulldogs set a program record with a 0.35 goals-against average while recording 16 shutouts and allowing just seven total goals all season.

Union also earned a berth in the NAIA Men's Soccer National Tournament, where it defeated Rocky Mountain College 4-0 in the opening round before falling 2-1 to top-seeded Bethel.

Under head coach Jonathan Shaw, the Bulldogs continued to build a championship culture, earning multiple individual honors and placing five players on the All-AAC First Team.

The newly launched team shop provides an opportunity for supporters to commemorate the Bulldogs' championship run while directly supporting the program.
