Ariel Rodriguez brings a strategic mindset and supportive spirit to Union’s soccer program. His favorite thing about Union is the top-notch facilities, which provide an ideal environment for both academic and athletic success. Outside of soccer, Ariel enjoys gaming and has aspirations of one day becoming the CEO of a company—a goal fueled by his love of math, his favorite subject in high school.

Inspired by Cristiano Ronaldo, Ariel approaches the game with dedication and precision. His go-to drink is tea, his favorite road trip snack is Takis, and his favorite meal is tacos. You’ll likely find him scrolling through TikTok, his favorite social platform.

As a teammate, Ariel considers himself supportive, always there to encourage those around him. He wants to be remembered for helping people, on and off the field. Something interesting about him is that he also plays the violin, adding a creative touch to his personality.

Someone at Union who’s made a positive impact on Ariel is Coach Trey, whose guidance has helped shape both his game and character. His second-best sport is BMX racing, showcasing his love for competition and adrenaline.
