Union Men’s Golf AAC Fall Tournament Recap
ADAIRSVILLE, Ga. — The Union Commonwealth University men's golf team competed in the Appalachian Athletic Conference Fall Tournament at the Barnsley Resort on Oct. 27-28, finishing 14th overall.
The Bulldogs posted a two-round team total of 663 on the par-72 course. Union shot 341 (+53) in the first round and improved to 322 (+34) in the second round for a combined score of 87-over. The third round was canceled due to inclement weather.
Player Recaps
Luke Townhill led the Bulldogs with a two-round total of 158 (+14). He opened with a 10-over 82 and followed with a 4-over 76.
Gabe Raymundo carded rounds of 81 and 83 for a total of 164 (+20).
Chandler Taylor finished with rounds of 86 and 85 for a two-round total of 171 (+27).
Todd Sizemore posted scores of 96 and 78, finishing at 174 (+30).
Kaleb Ellis recorded rounds of 93 and 82 for a total of 175 (+31).
Jonah Carden shot 99 and 97 for a total of 196 (+52).
Rounding out the lineup, Ethan Mott carded rounds of 92 and 108 for a two-round total of 200 (+56).
