Union men’s bowling recap from the NAIA Invitational

Louisville, Ky. - The Union Commonwealth University men's bowling team competed in the NAIA Invitational #1 and the NAIA Invitational #2 last weekend.

NAIA Invitational #1

The Bulldogs secured a 13th-place finish overall with a total pinfall of 4,670.

David Painter led the Bulldogs, claiming 12th place individually with a five-game total of 1,092 pins. He averaged 218.4 per game and recorded a game-high score of 267.

Hunter Cain finished with a five-game total of 969 pins and a tournament average of 193.8.

Zach Lipson and Charles Goguen finished in consecutive positions. Lipson tallied 901 pins with a 180.2 average, while Goguen followed closely with 895 pins and an average of 179. Both competed in five games.

Rieley Ulanday recorded 813 pins over five games with an average of 162.6.

NAIA Invitational #2

The Bulldogs finished 16th overall in 25 Baker games. They posted a total pinfall of 4,258.
