Bio

Sean Scott is currently serving as an Offensive Assistant – Wide Receivers Coach and Film Coordinator at Union College. A proud native of Streator, Illinois, Sean graduated from Streator Township High School in 2015, where he played four seasons (2011–2014) on the offensive and defensive lines and earned Conference All-Academic Team honors in both 2013 and 2014.

He continued his academic and athletic journey at Union College in Barbourville, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management in 2020, followed by an MBA in 2023.

Sean began his coaching career at Union College in 2023 as the Tight Ends Coach, transitioned to Running Backs Coach in 2024, and took on his current role as Wide Receivers Coach in 2025. His coaching efforts have helped guide players to three All-Conference Awards, including Tajii Jackson (RB – 2024) and Jayden Ward (RB & All-Purpose – 2024).

Off the field, Sean enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, as well as bowling and golfing. He is the son of Kirk and Debbie Scott, both of Streator, IL.
