Bio

Major: Criminal Justice

Bryston Wells is a Criminal Justice major at Union Commonwealth University. His favorite thing about Union is the people and relationships he’s built, which he says have helped shape him into someone who makes better choices.

Outside of football, Bryston enjoys playing guitar and spending time with his two dogs and a snake. His dream job is simply one that offers good retirement and stability. In high school, he enjoyed social studies, and he looks up to JJ Watt as his football icon.

His favorite drink is coffee, his go-to road trip snack is gummy sharks, and his favorite meal is Hamburger Helper. He prefers using Facebook as his main social media platform.

Bryston considers himself a team-first player—someone who doesn’t care what position he’s in, as long as he can give his best. He wants to be remembered for his strong work ethic, and he credits Head Coach Boston Bryant as someone who has had a meaningful impact on his life. Outside of football, his second-best sport is cornhole.
