Quincy Pannell III appreciates the environment and culture at Union Commonwealth University, which make him feel at home. Outside of football, he enjoys listening to music and playing basketball as his second sport.

He aspires to be a travel nurse, inspired by his desire to help people in need. In high school, his favorite subject was math, and in football, he looks up to Ronnie Lott as his icon. On the field, he considers himself a doer and hopes to be remembered for the positive impact he leaves on people he interacts with. As the oldest of seven, Quincy carries a sense of responsibility and leadership both on and off the field, and he values the guidance of Coach Day in his journey.
