Michael Gladney is a Business major who loves the strong sense of community at Union, describing it as a place that feels like family. A passionate athlete, his favorite hobby is playing baseball, and his dream job is working in football operations—a perfect fit for someone who lives and breathes the game.

In high school, his favorite subject was social studies, and his football icon is Cam Newton. He stays fueled with Gatorade and sour cream & onion Lays on road trips, and his favorite meal is spaghetti. When he's not on the field, you’ll likely find him watching YouTube, his go-to social media platform.

Michael considers himself an amazing teammate—someone who loves seeing his brothers thrive and always shows up for them. He hopes to be remembered as a dependable and genuinely good guy.
