Union’s Griffin Fleming named AAC Special Teams Player of the Week

Barbourville, Ky. – Union Commonwealth University's Griffin Fleming has been named the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Special Teams Player of the Week.

Fleming had eight punts for 317 yards in UCU's matchup against Point for an average of 39.6. His longest punt went for 57 yards. Fleming had one punt inside the 20, two fair caught punts, and one touchback.

The distinction marks the second time this season that Fleming has earned this honor.

Senior Day is up next for the Bulldogs as Union will host Reinhardt on Saturday, Nov. 16, at 1:30 p.m.
