Kristen Lynch takes pride in representing the hardworking community of student-athletes at Union Commonwealth University. A natural leader and mentor, she is known as the “team mom,” always guiding younger teammates and encouraging everyone to give their best effort. Her dedication and drive reflect her goal to always show up and give 110 percent.

Outside of cheer, Kristen enjoys painting and expressing her creativity. She also loves poem books, a passion inspired by her mom, who wrote poetry growing up. Her favorite meal is buffalo wings, and on road trips she snacks on Flamin’ Hot Cheetos with a Dr Pepper nearby.

Kristen looks up to Gabi Butler as her favorite icon within the sport and dreams of becoming a clinical research coordinator so she can help find cures and make a difference in people’s lives. Her favorite subject in high school was social studies, and she enjoys playing golf as her second sport.

Kristen has five amazing dogs and credits Coach Lisa Napier for making a positive impact on her experience at Union Commonwealth University.
