Kayle Henry is a Health Promotions major with a minor in Psychology who loves the friendly and welcoming community at Union Commonwealth University. “Everyone is so nice—it really feels like home.”

Off the field, Kayle enjoys playing cornhole and spending time with her puppy named Bow. Her favorite subject in high school was science, and she’s a big fan of iced coffee and any type of chocolate on road trips. Her go-to meal? A classic plate of spaghetti.

She’s most active on TikTok, and considers herself a leader on the team—someone who brings energy and keeps the team motivated. Kayle hopes to be remembered for making everyone laugh and being a positive presence.

A couple of people who have made a lasting impact on her at Union are Coach Lisa and Mrs. Gayner. Her second-best sport outside of cheer is volleyball.
