Major: Nursing

Jasmine Gover enjoys the small, personable classes at Union Commonwealth University, where she feels supported and connected to her professors and classmates. A positive and encouraging teammate, she always strives to see the best in everyone and bring uplifting energy to the team.

Outside of cheer, Jasmine loves baking and spending time with her three dogs. Her favorite meal is chicken, cheese, and rice, and she never turns down a snack of Cheez-Its with a Coke Zero in hand. Her favorite subject in high school was history, and she looks up to Gabi Fuller as her favorite icon within the sport.

Jasmine’s dream is to become a travel nurse, combining her love for helping others with her passion for seeing new places. She currently works as a CNA and is proud to follow in the footsteps of her grandfather, who also graduated from Union Commonwealth University.

She credits Coach Lisa for making a lasting impact on her experience at Union through her care and dedication to the team.
