Union cheer advances to UCA College Nationals finals

Orlando, Fl. - The Union Commonwealth University cheer team has earned a spot in the finals at the UCA College Nationals. 

Competing in the competitive Open All-Girl Division, the Bulldogs faced 15 teams and achieved a sixth-place finish, securing their place in Sunday's finals. 

"The girls are ready to make history tomorrow and rep the U in Florida," said head coach Lisa Napier. "We are all so incredibly grateful for the support from our Bulldog family and friends!" 

Union will take the stage again on Sunday at 9:10 a.m. at the State Farm Field House.
