Union Athletics Hosts Golf Scramble

RICHMOND, Ky. – Union Commonwealth University welcomed alumni, supporters, sponsors and friends of Bulldog Athletics for a golf scramble on Monday, July 20, at Gibson Bay Golf Course. The event brought together participants for a day of competition, fellowship and support for Union Athletics.

Teams competed in a four-person scramble format with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start following morning registration. Throughout the day, golfers enjoyed friendly competition while helping raise support for Bulldog student-athletes and athletic programs.

More than just a day on the golf course, the event brought together supporters of Union Commonwealth University for a day of competition, fellowship and giving back. Funds raised through the scramble will help support Bulldog student-athletes and athletic programs, while participants enjoyed lunch, prizes and a great day at Gibson Bay Golf Course.

Union Athletics extends its congratulations to this year's winning teams and thanks everyone who competed for making the event both competitive and enjoyable. The department also extends a special thank you to the staff at Gibson Bay Golf Course for their hospitality and for providing an outstanding venue for the day's event.
