  • Served as head coach of University of the Cumberlands (Ky.) men's golf program from 1978-2007 and the women's golf program from 1994-2007.
  • At Cumberlands, his teams made 15 total trips to the NAIA National Championship (11 for the men, 4 for the women); won 16 conference team championships (14 men's, two women's), had 63 first team all-conference honorees (54 men's, nine women's), four Mid-South Conference Golfers of the Year (one men's, three women's); and 10 NAIA All-American honorees (nine men's, one women's).
  • Named the Mid-South Conference Coach of the Year three times (once for the men, twice for the women).
  • Coached one season at South Laurel High School.
  • Coached the 2014-15 season at UVa-Wise.
  • Won the Kentucky State Amateur Tournament in 1990 and 1997.
  • Served as the Director of Golf at Crooked Creek Golf Club from 2007-10.
  • Is married, and he and his wife Mary have one daughter, Carlee.
     
 
Danielle Judd

Alma Mater: Union, '16
  • Judd, a native of Lousiville, Ky. comes to Union playing four seasons for the Bulldogs. 
  • Judd a 2016 graduate, earned her degree in Sports Management 
  • During her time at Union, Judd won the Lindsey Wilson Invitational the fall of 2014
  • This is Judd's first year as an assistant golf coach, but she has spent time volunteering at The First Tee Pine Mountain
  • She is currently working towards a Master's degree in Physical Education while coaching at Union
