BARBOURVILLE, Ky. – Aleigha Justice signed to play for the Union College women's tennis team, head coach Roscoe Moonieyan announced.

Justice comes to Union from Ironton High School of Ironton, Ohio. She lost only one match during her junior and senior seasons.

"Aleigha is a well-rounded player with some good experience, so she will be able to fit right in with our team," Moonieyan commented.

Justice has trained under professionals at the Ashland Tennis Center in Ashland, Ky.

During her past two seasons, Justice has been a district qualifier. This year she reached the final four against 48 girls from 16 schools in the Southeast District Southern Sectional Tournament.

"She has a competitive mindset, and that is going to be great with her coming in as a freshman," Moonieyan added. "I'm really looking forward to having her join us this year."
