BARBOURVILLE, Ky. - The Union College volleyball team will find out its fate at 11 a.m. ET when the pairings are announced on the NAIA Volleyball Section Show.

The NAIA National Championship Opening Round pairings will be unveiled as well as the 19 automatic byes to the final site in Sioux City, Iowa, plus the host berth. Twenty-four teams will compete in 12 opening round matches on Nov. 19 for the right to join the other 20 teams at the final site.

Union (32-9 overall) received an automatic berth by winning the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) regular-season with a 20-2 league mark. The Bulldogs went on to improve their positioning in the national tournament by sweeping their way to the AAC Tournament championship - the program's third in a row and fifth overall.

The Bulldogs are making their fifth trip to the NAIA National Championship Opening Round and third consecutive appearance.
